What is included in CaseFox's Free (SOLO) plan?
CaseFox free (solo plan) has all the features and integrations that are available in its paid plan. From legal billing, invoicing, cases, clients, calendar, intake, and more. You are free to use all the features. But the solo has a few limitations: you can only add 2 users and 4 cases in it, unlike the PRO plan, which offers unlimited cases and users.
How does the CaseFox PRO plan work?
The CaseFox PRO plan allows you to add unlimited cases as well, and it offers free 10 GB+ storage, SMS timekeeping, and two-factor authentication. You get all the robust features that are not locked into any subscription tiers. We do one straight pricing for all the features and integrations included.
With the PRO plan, you can also access our advanced AI features, a dedicated account manager, and priority support.

What payment types does CaseFox accept?
If you want to make a payment for the CaseFox plan, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, and PayPal. With the free plan, you don't need to add your credit card information. Additionally, ACH and checks are two more options available to make a payment for CaseFox.
Is there a charge for data migration?
CaseFox offers free Data Migration to any business model, be it solo practitioners, small-sized firms, or mid-sized firms. However, for enterprise-level clients, the cost will apply.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for CaseFox?
To sign up for a CaseFox account, you don't need to add a credit card. Even if you are on the SOLO plan, you won't need to add your payment information. But if you are starting with the PRO Plan, you will have to add your credit card information (if that is how you are making payment) for your billing cycle.
How do I know which CaseFox plan is right for my law firm?
If you are confused between the SOLO and PRO plans, simply register for CaseFox and explore the system, which will help you understand which plan is best for you.

Can I cancel my CaseFox account, and how?
Yes, CaseFox offers a cancellation option to all users. You can cancel whenever you want. Simply log in to your CaseFox dashboard, go to Account Settings → Subscription/Billing, and select the option to cancel your plan.
If you cancel, CaseFox will provide a pro-rated refund for unused whole months on your remaining subscription plan.
