Time Billing Software for Mediators/Arbitrators/Psychologists - Split Bill/ Multiple Payers
CaseFox® supports multiple payers for a case invoice. This billing scenario may be useful for professionals such as mediators, arbitrators, Counsellors and Psychologists who bill their services to one or more payers for a same matter. A mediator may mediate a dispute between two (or more) parties who
may have agreed to split the fees. Even though CaseFox data hierarchy requires one to many relationship between client and case/project/matter (and not the other way around), to handle such billing scenarios, additional payers (and their respective fee split percentages) may be added to a case/matter. When
an invoice is generated for a case that includes additional payers, the PDF and Word versions of the invoice will include names/addresses of these additional payers as well as their
respective invoice amounts based on split percentages. The system also keeps track of payments from multiple payers in a same matter.
