How does the free plan work?
Our Free “Basic” plan is 100% free forever up to 4 Case/Matter with 2 Timekeeper/Users, the basic plan does not require credit card information to start. Additional users option not available with a free plan, Upgrade is needed for more users. Our data does not change when your plan is upgraded from free to paid.
Do I need to choose a plan now?
Yes, Start with Basic “Free” plan, You get the full-featured, unlimited version of our service complete with all plan. Once you’re ready to upgrade, you may choose a plan which suits your needs.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can switch between any of our plans, or cancel your account altogether, whenever you like. We will adjust any payments accordingly.
What happens when add more than 2 timekeepers or more than 4 cases?
CaseFox® timekeeping and billing software offers the best features and our subscription plans are highly competitive. You have to migrate your plan to paid plan, Our paid plans include 4 free active users/timekeepers (users can be disabled/enabled at any time; disabled users are not charged). For paid plans, you may start at the Silver plan and upgrade to higher plans as more cases are added. Upgrading from one paid plan to another – charges are automatically prorated
CaseFox provides free support with all plans. All plans come with all the features.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept payments from MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, and PayPal. Remember, you do not need to supply card details to start your Basic plan.
Can I Switch to CaseFox from other software/system with Existing data?
Yes. CaseFox Technical team will help you to import data to CaseFox from other system or software.
Who owns my data?
You do! It’s your data after all! We want customers to use CaseFox because they love it, not because their data is stuck in it. You can export all of your information from CaseFox at any time, no matter what plan you choose.
If I paid for yearly subscriptions, what happens if I need to Cancel Or Upgrade/Downgrade my account?
Visit Yearly Subscription for information about yearly subscriptions. For paid plans, you may start at the Silver plan and upgrade to higher plans as more cases are added. Upgrading from one paid plan to another – charges are automatically prorated. Pricing is based on a total number of cases in your account. Your data does not change when your plan is upgraded from free to paid or from one paid to another paid plan.
Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. CaseFox is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
