How Cases are Counted for Subscription Pricing
Various levels of subscription plans are based on case/matter count and the number of timekeepers. The Silver plan includes a maximum total number of 25 cases/matters in your account. The Gold plan includes a maximum total number of 50 cases/matters in your account. There is no case/matter count limit on the Platinum plan.
Note that these case counts are not monthly allocations. Archived cases are counted towards this total case count. Cases/matters may be deleted. Deleted cases/matters do not count towards these case count limits. However, deleted cases/matters, including underlying data (e.g., time entries) cannot be recovered once deleted. Archived cases can be un-archived at any time. Upgrading from one plan to another does not change your data. Hence, you may start at the Silver plan and upgrade to a higher plan once the maximum case count is reached.
