Using this tool, the organizer can get inputs from meeting participants regarding their availability on a particular date/time/place without using an endless chain of emails. The organizer can add new dates and participants at any time during the scheduling. Only organizer may modify or confirm the scheduling. Participants receive their own links to indicate their availability.
