How to Connect to Xero: Login to your CaseFox account. Click on Settings/Tools/Reports. Click on Xero Accounting Settings option. Click on the Connect button. A popup will appear. Enter your Xero user name and password. After successful login to Xero, the screen will change to seek your authorization. Select the company name from the dropdown and click on the Authorize button. Close the popup. Back in CaseFox settings, click on Xero Accounting Settings option again. If you need to select default accounts for time and expense entries, choose from the dropdown boxes or create new using the "Create New" link. Similarly, select a default tax type or create new using the "Create New" link. You are now all set to start copying invoices to Xero.

Click on the Dashboard tab. Then click on the Invoices button. Select "Copy Invoices to Xero account" option in the button dropdown.
