    Recent changes in Chrome browser and Windows are causing some users not being able to use our secure site. This is a Chrome issue and we are trying to investigate. Please use FirFox or IE browsers if you are experiencing the issue.

    Servers having outbound connectivity issues [FIXED]. Connections to Dropbox and Google services are affected. We are working with the hosting provider to resolve the issue.

    Updated Export All data feature under Settings tab. One click export of almost all data into an Excel workbook. Daily backup emails containing time/expense entries for the month and trust transactions in XLS format. Files are automatically copied to your Dropbox, if linked to CaseFox.

    On Dashboard: Search invoice by invoice number within unpaid invoices and record payment.

    Automatically add time entries for case related calls. Go to Cases (Projects), select a case, click on Calls tab on the very right. Log incoming/outgoing calls. On the popup, check "Add Time Entry" box and enter time in tenth hours.

    If your logo is not showing up clear on invoices, please upload the logo again. We have made some changes to adjust the logo image.

    If you have received an advance payment prior to issuing an invoice, after generating the invoice as usual, click on the green dollar sign to record the received payment. Then click on the PDF icon to down the invoice. The invoice will reflect the received payment.

    "Settings/Reports"->"Edit Business Information" -> "Show Trust Funds on Invoice" checkbox for enabling/disabling showing/using client trust funds on Invoices.

    An invoice will now show a grand total; below the grand total, it will show the payment to be deducted from client trust account (if funds are available) and balance payable by client (or zero if the trust funds are sufficient to pay the whole invoiced amount). If there is still a leftover amount in the trust account, the invoice will list that amount.

    Trust transactions for a selected client can now be exported to excel format by going to "Clients" -> "Trust Transactions". All trust transaction in a selected trust account (which may hold trust funds for multiple clients) can be exported by visiting "Trust Accounts" tab.

    CaseFox Web application is experiencing some difficulties when loaded in Internet Explorer. IE rendering is somewhat different from other browsers and we are working on to provide a fix. In the meantime, please use other browsers (FireFox, Chrome, Safari, etc.). We recommend Google Chrome browser.
